What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Identify and engage top candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events
- Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring strategies
- Represent the employer at career fairs and industry conferences to attract top talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, either in an agency or in-house setting
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage and recruit for multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

- Experience in recruiting for technical, operations, and corporate teams
- Previous involvement in employer branding or talent acquisition strategy development
