      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
      - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, focusing on nursing and therapy professionals
      - Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates
      - Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on healthcare, nursing, or therapy recruitment
      - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals
      - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred
