      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Fill assigned positions with qualified candidates within the expected timeline and budget
      - Create recruiting strategies that meet the demands of the employer's requirements
      - Update internal Talent Acquisition Trackers twice per week
      - Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions and maintain clear communication with leadership
      - Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual
      - Experience using UKG is preferred
      - Experience tracking KPIs and strategizing recruitment efforts
      - Availability during regular working hours (Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm) and after hours as needed
      - Experience with Google Suite is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in time block scheduling preferred
