      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Review high-volume candidate resumes to identify qualified talent for open roles
      - Assist recruiters with proactive sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
      - Manage job requisitions and post job opportunities on various platforms
      - Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and maintain related records

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination
      - Required experience in SaaS environments
      - Strong skills in resume review, candidate sourcing, and screening
      - Previous experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

      - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Preference for candidates located in the central or eastern time zones
