What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the hiring process for qualified candidates, including writing/modifying job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Process all internal and external applications, resumes, and transfer requests
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and maintain records to meet regulatory requirements
- Assist in training managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on employee headcount, turnover rates, and time to fill positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or clinical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or SHRM-CP credential
- Experience in a multi-site clinical research environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in workloads and priorities
- Experience training staff on HR policies and procedures
