      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the regional admissions process for prospective Fellows, ensuring an equitable selection and enrollment experience
      - Conduct interviews and make final selection recommendations based on applicant readiness and program fit
      - Analyze applicant data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving conversion rates
      - Manage applications and nurture prospective Fellows through the onboarding pipeline
      - Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic insights for regional recruitment initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field
      - Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making
      - Experience improving systems and processes to enhance applicant outcomes
      - Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated success in exercising independent judgment in complex situations
      - Experience with technology-enabled tools and workflows to improve team efficiency
      - Ability to identify and propose solutions to systemic barriers in the intake process
