      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source, screen, and create a pipeline of candidates for store positions
      - Utilize social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract passive talent
      - Monitor job aggregate boards and create alerts for potential future employees
      - Provide reporting from the applicant tracking system (ATS) to automate recruiting processes
      - Collaborate with the HRIS team on ATS and HRIS system configuration projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (or nearing completion)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and decision-making abilities
      - Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and their respective demographics
      - Previous experience with iCIMS and Workday preferred
