      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to anticipate hiring needs and develop strategic recruiting solutions
      - Manage the recruitment process for open positions within assigned business units, focusing on diverse candidate sourcing
      - Execute and facilitate the overall recruitment strategy, including screening, interviewing, and testing candidates
      - Participate in projecting future employment needs and creating recruitment plans
      - Lead projects related to recruitment and manage a high volume of positions, including hard-to-fill roles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required
      - Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
      - Ability to maintain a high load of positions and manage various recruitment projects
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for job fairs and offsite meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in tactical and strategic sourcing for diverse and high-value candidates
      - Familiarity with creating and implementing recruitment plans
      - Proven ability to work as a strategic partner to hiring managers
      - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
      - Experience in improving the employment process
