What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of high-volume, repeatable roles
- Screen candidates, oversee interview processes, and handle offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators for smooth scheduling and interview logistics
- Apply best practices in sourcing and interviewing while building strong partnerships with hiring managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm contributing to a collaborative team culture
