**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Manage and participate in full-cycle recruiting for various professional and management positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of Talent Acquisition support staff, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Support company branding initiatives and represent the employer at career fairs and networking events
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum of 10 years' full cycle recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Proven success in high-volume or large-scale hiring initiatives
- PHR certification preferred

- Strong project management and organizational skills
