What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of Talent Acquisition support staff
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
- Support company branding initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation as an employer of choice
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and company branding best practices
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- PHR certification preferred
- Proven success in high-volume or large-scale hiring initiatives

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
