What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee a team of recruiters focused on critical and high-volume roles
- Create recruitment plans and goals based on workforce plans
- Develop various recruiting strategies for active and passive pipeline development
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on key recruitment KPIs
- Foster and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers and groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of related talent acquisition experience
- Strong high volume and/or sales recruiting experience
- Talent Acquisition certifications preferred
- Competent in the use of technology and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to social networking strategies for engaging potential talent
- Knowledge of California, federal, and local labor laws relative to staffing
