What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs with a focus on compliance and data integrity
- Support leadership decision-making through compensation modeling, pay equity analysis, and regulatory reporting
- Conduct job analysis and evaluation processes, producing job descriptions and role profiles
- Resolve queries from internal or external clients regarding complex processes and policies
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance capabilities and maintain industry knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and market pricing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with multi-state compliance requirements in compensation and benefits
- Participation in external professional accreditation relevant to the role
- Knowledge of industry best practices in compensation and benefits administration
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
