What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of training and development principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
