      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
      - Review applications to determine eligibility and screen candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing
      - Manage job advertisements and workflow in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
      - Experience in healthcare/nurse recruitment is strongly preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software systems
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required

      - Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
      - Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude
      - Strong attention to detail and observant nature
      - Problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions
