What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Sales by identifying risk and growth opportunities in customer accounts
- Build trust and establish strong connections quickly with customers
- Proactively identify customer signals and communicate with Sales for timely action
- Define and help customers achieve key business goals during high-impact engagements
- Lead and participate in digital engagement initiatives such as webinars and campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of B2B customer success or customer-facing experience with various account sizes
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and switch contexts quickly
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales teams
- BA or BS degree
