What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive partner adoption of WordPress and other products, ensuring high-quality support and maintenance
- Resolve incoming requests from partners with precision and technical expertise
- Collaborate with partners to define website functionality and manage project timelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with third parties
- Advocate for partner needs while maintaining a high attention to detail in project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced level of WordPress admin expertise and understanding of plugin and theme interactions
- Strong background in web technologies including DNS, site performance, and technical SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage work independently while adjusting to competing priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience contributing to an open-source project
- Familiarity with Linear as a project management tool
- Previous experience running a WooCommerce store
- Knowledge of AI applications in productivity enhancement
