What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, managing interactions from start to finish
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
- Advise customers on best practices for using the platform effectively
- Act as the first line of defense for triaging and debugging platform health issues
- Continuously develop expertise in the platform, mobile marketing, and the ecommerce industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily customer interactions
- Technical curiosity and ability to troubleshoot complex issues; familiarity with APIs or SQL is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of adapting in fast-paced environments
