      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Author and edit technical documentation for the design and architecture of SaaS products, ensuring client-specific requirements are met
      - Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Lead internal and customer-facing review meetings to address documentation issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality program documentation, including user guides and training materials
      - Analyze data and assist in the specification of report packages for diverse audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred
      - 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in healthcare, HHS, CMS, MMIS, or similar fields
      - Experience as an EDI Analyst and with state or government clients
      - Proven ability to create and edit user guides, technical guides, and program plans
      - Strong analytical skills to present technical information to various audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy
      - Expertise with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, Control Center, and O365) and Adobe Professional
      - Capability to manage multiple tasks while understanding broader organizational goals
      - Submission of examples of business writing during the application process
      - Experience with Federal CMS or State MMIS projects
