What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and related technologies
- Provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting customer systems integrations as needed
- Manage repair, preventive maintenance, inventory, and installation functions under the contract
- Develop and implement facility-specific operations and maintenance processes
- Conduct inspections of completed projects to ensure compliance with company standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of experience in installation, integration, and maintenance of electronic security systems, video management systems, and intercoms
- Manufacturers certified on Hirsch Velocity, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, and Commend Intercom platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Ability to pass extensive government background checks and drug tests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with IX Aiphone Intercom systems
- Additional certifications related to electronic security systems
- Experience in preparing proposals in response to site-specific RFPs
- Prior experience working with contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies
