  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Implement a cloud-based solution for external customers, managing 6-10 projects simultaneously with timelines ranging from 2-6 months
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, conducting demos and managing stakeholder communications
  - Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating with developers on customizations and explaining technical functionality
  - Own the day-to-day operational execution of implementations, keeping all stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables
  - Balance customer-facing activities with internal coordination tasks to ensure project success
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3+ years of external-facing project management or implementation experience
  - Comfort working with technical teams and concepts, with the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively
  - Experience with cloud-based software implementations and exposure to ERP systems
  - Strong organizational and communication skills, maintaining up-to-date project plans and documentation
  - Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
