      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide project and program management for large-scale technology projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope
      - Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring all planned work products are delivered
      - Escalate project issues and coordinate resolution actions as necessary
      - Prepare and communicate project plans, status updates, and budget reports to stakeholders
      - Ensure project scope is tightly controlled, processing changes through approved change orders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant major or a minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level project management experience
      - Experience managing Professional Services vendors and holding them accountable to contractual obligations
      - Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project
      - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
      - Strong capability to manage ambiguity and multiple requests from various sources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - ITIL and/or other technical certifications
