What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage initiatives and engage with various teams to deliver on business requirements
- Drive successful outcomes within established timelines
- Gather business requirements and coordinate standard CISO solution designs
- Identify risks and issues impacting project deliverables, and follow through on mitigation
- Prepare and report project status regularly, including necessary metrics for risk groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly in technical environments
- Strong knowledge of virtual environments, network technologies, and enterprise data centers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project, including advanced functionalities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with network infrastructure management and Zscaler solutions
- Certifications such as ITIL and CISSP
- Proven track record of managing multiple parallel initiatives
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project components
- Demonstrated appreciation for diverse perspectives in a workforce
