What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage objectives, scope, and timelines with stakeholders across business and engineering teams
- Track and report project progress from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Facilitate sprint planning and ceremonies for engineering teams, maintaining accountability and clarity
- Write technical test cases, perform PR reviews, and facilitate QA/business reviews as the subject matter expert
- Build strong communication lines with stakeholders while operating independently to achieve project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and Agile frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across geographically distributed teams
- Experience working directly with engineers to understand requirements and implementation implications
- Attention to detail for thorough quality assurance and product testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building products at scale in a tech-forward environment, including coordinating API integrations
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks such as SQL, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience working on projects in fast-paced environments, preferably with 50+ employees
