      Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and technically astute Technical Project Manager to join our Program Project Delivery Team. As a key player in our mission to create a cutting-edge Vacations Platform , you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing various work streams within the project. This position involves not only administrative prowess, but also a strong grasp of technology and the ability to comprehend and document technical intricacies, including architectural components of the vacations system.

      Responsibilities:
      • Lead and manage the execution of projects within the Vacations Platform initiative, collaborating with a team of 5 Project Managers, including 1 Program Manager and 4 Workstream Project Managers.
      • Utilize your proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Jira, PowerPoint, and ideally Wrike and QuickBase, to facilitate efficient project management and communication.
      • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of Agile methodologies to guide project execution.
      • Showcase your technical acumen by comprehending the underlying technology, project development, and application architecture.
      • Ensure meticulous organization, documentation, and communication of project details, updates, and changes.
      • Provide hands-on support from a program perspective, engaging with various project areas and stakeholders.
      • Attend and contribute to cross-functional meetings, capturing significant updates and action items, and driving these tasks to completion.
      • Maintain the latest status, change requests, and risk/issue assessments in project management tools based on outcomes from cross-functional meetings.
      • Collaborate closely with the business PMO team to prioritize and advance action items of high significance.
      • Actively participate in enhancing our operational and engagement models, consistently seeking opportunities for process improvement.
      • Align with the personality fit, embodying the company's values and culture.

      Requirements:
      • Proficiency in SharePoint, Jira, PowerPoint.
      • Familiarity with Wrike and QuickBase is advantageous.
      • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
      • Strong grasp of technology, software development lifecycle, and application architecture.
      • Exceptional organizational skills to maintain comprehensive project documentation and updates.
      • Ability to provide comprehensive program support across multiple areas.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving action items to completion.
      • Dedication to continuous process improvement and optimizing engagement models.
