What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide scientific and technical consultation to researchers and process development teams regarding raw material requirements for ATMP manufacturing
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through attendance at scientific conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with Product Management to deliver market feedback and assist in the development of technical content
- Lead technical discussions on product feasibility and support customer due diligence with scientific documentation
- Serve as the primary scientific contact for prospects, addressing inquiries related to donor selection, material quality, and regulatory compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSc or PhD in a life science discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of technical sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years in the cell/gene therapy area
- Strong scientific knowledge of cell therapy workflows and donor material specifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with raw materials for ATMP manufacturing and regulatory frameworks (GMP, FDA, EMA)

- Experience in consultative selling and a proven track record of relationship management
- Basic understanding of supply chain, orders, or quality processes
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
