What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues across multiple channels (email, video calls)
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues effectively
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams or other relevant stakeholders when necessary
- Accurately document all customer interactions and technical issues in Salesforce to identify trends for improvement
- Contribute to Airtable's knowledge base by creating and updating helpful resources based on customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Airtable, either personally or professionally
- Proven experience in an enterprise-focused technical support role, preferably in a B2B tech environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude for solving complex problems
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, G Suite, and enterprise-level technology, with a solid understanding of relational databases and REST APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with writing formulas in technical applications
- A naturally curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve performance
- Previous experience in customer success or similar roles within the technology sector
