What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and facilitate high-impact technical and business-focused training programs for the Technical Services team
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Gather and analyze data related to training effectiveness and business requirements to propose enhancements
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical documentation, keeping materials current with software updates and security protocols
- Establish documentation standards to improve process clarity and enhance service delivery quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two to four years of related experience in training, content development, technical writing, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify training needs
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office suite of tools
