What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support patient and staff safety by preventing harmful behaviors in the inpatient care space through virtual means
- Assist with the coordination and execution of telehealth services
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance
- Provide administrative support related to telehealth operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of medical, secretarial, or customer service work experience required
- Ability to work part-time evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or telehealth environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications related to healthcare or telehealth services
