What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Finance Department with the development of financial forecasts and budgets
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operating reports, including forecasts and budget data
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators related to revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Support management team and department heads with analysis and reporting as needed
- Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, multitasking environment
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and financial planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong business sense
- Extensive database experience and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau

- Proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions to achieve results
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting for corporate financial performance
- Familiarity with automated applications and report development
