      A well known aerospace company in Kent is looking for some temporary support to their team. This company has locations in 45 countries around the world and supports a variety of industries.       In this full-time, Temporary IT Help Desk role you will be supporting with Tier 1 and 2 tickets, entering and resolving tickets in ServiceNow, and escalate tickets as needed.

      Temporary IT Help Desk Job Duties:
      • Resolve tickets in ServiceNow
      • Log, assign, and receive support tickets with descriptions and progress
      • Resolve hardware and software issues?
      Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30am-2pm or 6am-2:30pm

      Pay: $21.50-$28.25

      Temporary IT Help Desk Job Requirements:
      • 3 years of IT customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
      • Experience with Windows and IOS software
      • CompTia A+ certification
      • Experience with ServiceNow
      • HS Diploma or GED
