      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the design, administration, and delivery of Total Rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
      - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits projects
      - Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices
      - Manage employee inquiries related to Total Rewards programs
      - Ensure data accuracy and contribute to meaningful programs that enhance employee experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
      - 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, benefits administration, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in HR analytics or benefits administration
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies
      - Previous experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting
