- Minimum 5 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare sector, preferably in capital equipment sales, operating room area or CSSD experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, Biomedical Engineering degree will be plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Analytical thinking, proactive, result and quality oriented.
- Able to enhance teamwork within the region and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills; self- motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals.
- B Class driving license
- No limitation for domestic and foreign travels

- Manage and coordinate whole sales processes key account hospitals starting from lead qualification until successful deal closure interfacing with all key decision makers including C-level and clinicians.
- Follow-up of the customers and sales opportunities under a structured visit plan while ensuring targeted territory coverage.
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term sales strategies in the designated region to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Establish and maintain high-level communication with customers and partners.
- Prospect new customers and business as well as develop and maintain good customer relations with existing customers ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting by prioritizing and qualifying of available sales opportunities.
- Identify required resources to effectively position Getinge during the sales and support process.
- Create strategic selling business plans for all customer opportunities.
- Track, report and analyze sales opportunities with the Sales Director on a routine basis.
- Comply with regulations and company policies.
