      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Seek and qualify new builder, dealer, and architect prospects while maintaining existing relationships

      - Utilize Salesforce to enhance efficiency and facilitate communication
      - Collaborate with internal teams to support the order fulfillment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
      - Experience in the building products industry is preferred
      - Availability for overnight travel within the territory
      - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
