      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to meet corporate sales goals
      - Achieve targeted sales goals for all sales channels and brands
      - Analyze sales data and implement changes based on market dynamics
      - Build and maintain trust-based relationships with brand sales leaders and customers
      - Oversee new product launches and customer satisfaction initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of experience in dealership, customer, channel, or client relationship management
      - Valid state-issued driver's license
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid organizational proficiencies

      - Experience with Vendor Central
      - Hands-on experience in delivering timely and efficient reports
      - Knowledge of basic mechanical skills
      - Ability to manage tight travel schedules and budgets
      - Experience in a sales role within the automotive accessories industry
