What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales volume and margin targets for assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for key accounts
- Actively participate in industry events and promotions
- Monitor competitive activity and report findings
- Conduct product demonstrations and resolve customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field with three years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service; or a High School diploma with ten years of relevant experience
- Residence within the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metro area
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and sit for extended periods
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred

- Experience in the sporting goods product category
- Proficiency with firearms and ammunition
- Strong interpersonal skills and command of the English language
