      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage dealer activity for the Radionix Intrusion and Access Control portfolio across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and southern New Jersey
      - Achieve assigned sales goals while maintaining budgeted expenses
      - Provide sales support to end users, distributors, and integration partners
      - Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to various audiences
      - Collect and report customer insights and market trends to refine strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in Pennsylvania within the specified areas to be considered for the position
      - Strong technical expertise in designing intrusion detection and access control systems
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams
      - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
      - Comfortable with daily travel for meetings, demonstrations, and events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Bosch Security Systems or similar high-end intrusion/access control manufacturers
      - Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales activities
      - Strong social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
      - Exceptional organizational skills and time management
