What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan
- Create account development plans for Top 10 Target Contractor accounts in the assigned territory
- Manage project pipeline in SFDC to ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Team to align local execution with corporate initiatives
- Conduct training to promote awareness of the employer's value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5-7 years of related sales experience
- Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% monthly
- Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the PHCP industry preferred
