      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an assigned territory comprised of independent agencies to drive premium growth
      - Train independent agents on products, systems, and services to enhance sales effectiveness
      - Collaborate with product management to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings
      - Serve as the primary contact for agency support, fostering strong agency relationships
      - Conduct agency management reviews and gather market insights to inform strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience or 5 years in insurance marketing/sales
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines
      - Proficiency in internet-based quoting software and MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating sales and training documents for agent presentations
      - Advanced relationship-building and negotiation skills
      - Familiarity with agency management systems and external software used in personal insurance
