What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with independent agents to develop agency-specific strategic business plans
- Act as a key liaison within the assigned market to promote business initiatives and maintain records of sales activities
- Manage the new agency appointment pipeline and support corporate agreements at the local market level
- Conduct market analysis and stakeholder consultations to address agency performance and product integration
- Deliver on annual execution plans for growth, profitability, and agency engagement under the guidance of management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance agency performance

- Experience with CRM software and data reporting tools
- Familiarity with industry technology and comparative rating platforms
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals
