What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to achieve and exceed Territory Sales objectives
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective prospecting and sales calls
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance customer engagement
- Analyze market potential and track sales performance to inform strategic decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in the metal roofing industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver tailored presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a diploma in Sales techniques is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Steep Slope industry (Shingle, Ventilation)
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales strategies using performance KPIs
