What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners, focusing on personal auto, homeowners, and specialty coverages
- Deliver on annual execution plans for growth, profitability, and agency engagement within the assigned market
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with independent agents to develop strategic business plans and identify performance trends
- Support the new agency appointment pipeline and assist with corporate agreements at the local market level
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market-related issues and provide strategic solutions
- Willingness to travel and be field-facing at least four days a week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specialty vehicle and household package coverages
- Familiarity with industry technology and comparative rating platforms
- Previous experience in a Territory Sales Manager role or similar position
