What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect and secure new accounts in the municipal, industrial, and mining sectors across Utah
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits and equipment audits to recommend optimal pump and equipment solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to prepare technical quotes and project bids
- Stay informed on industry trends and regional project developments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in municipal or industrial equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics and understand fluid dynamics or mechanical systems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Utah for client meetings

- Experience in sales within the water and wastewater equipment sector
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities and customer interactions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Understanding of municipal infrastructure and related project bidding processes
