What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively promote products to achieve sales quotas by establishing rapport, providing training, and making end-user calls
- Become a local authority in product offerings and solutions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer needs
- Utilize company resources, including CRM and data analytics tools, to optimize sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with local distributors and end users to provide effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or Business, or a 4-year technical degree equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a related sales role, with a focus on technical sales being advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and CRM platforms
- Must reside within the Tennessee territory, preferably in Nashville, TN, and be able to lift 30 pounds daily
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Strong time management and creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with using LinkedIn for prospecting
