What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue across the defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and building new ones
- Regularly visit veterinary offices in person to achieve sales volume and established goals
- Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call notes
- Conduct educational programs for veterinary professionals and distributor sales representatives
- Provide feedback to sales operations and marketing for developing training and educational tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in veterinary pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products
- Experience analyzing sales and demographic data
- Demonstrated success in product sales and territory development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the applications of Standard Process Veterinary Formulas
- Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical and natural products marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills for developing effective sales strategies
- Polished presentation skills and ability to communicate with veterinary professionals at a sophisticated level
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
