      - Availability to dedicate 40 hours per week to building the business
      - Must be or become Property & Casualty licensed in the state of residence
      - Background in sales, business ownership, or the veterinary industry is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the pet industry or veterinary services
      - Strong track record in sales or business development
      - Familiarity with insurance products, particularly in the pet care sector
      - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
