What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and competitive conversions
- Effectively communicate clinical and product knowledge to customers
- Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and advanced practice clinicians
- Execute sales processes and coordinate contract implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in business-to-business sales is helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics

- Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Self-motivated, competitive, and strategic mindset
- Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
