What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the assessment department with all aspects of the statewide assessment program for Florida Schools
- Research and secure facilities for in-person testing and obtain necessary compliance documents
- Prepare test materials for assessments and assist with Test Administration Plans
- Communicate with students and families regarding testing requirements and schedules
- Develop staffing plans and maintain relationships with Test Site Coordinators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of experience in test administration/protocols or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, with increased travel (50%) during testing season
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with state testing procedures
- Experience teaching in the classroom and administering standardized tests
- Background in virtual/online education
