What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships for all products in the employer's embedded product portfolio
- Partner with the Divisional Vice President of Sales to formulate sales strategies aimed at capturing business from key customers
- Collaborate with Sales peers, Business Development, and Product Management to identify target accounts and programs for military and aerospace business
- Communicate the features and benefits of products to prospective customers, focusing on value and differentiation
- Maintain a detailed CRM database to support data-driven decision-making by logging all calls, emails, and meeting notes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant experience in technical sales
- 8-10 years of experience in technical sales and/or business development, focusing on complex components for major contractors
- Minimum of 5 years' experience selling high-value embedded solutions or equivalent technologies in aerospace and defense sectors
- Technical knowledge of Embedded Computing market and technologies such as SBC's, DSP, RF, and Avionics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue and sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with channel partners
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
