What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support to federal clients with 24x7 coverage in shifts
- Document issues completely before escalating to the next level of support
- Maintain documentation for incidents, work orders, change requests, and project tasks
- Simulate and recreate customer issues to resolve operational difficulties
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure performance metrics are met or exceeded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/MS degree from an accredited college (preferred)
- 1 year of relevant, applicable professional experience in managing end-user IT support services
- Working knowledge of Federal IT (including hardware and software) and cybersecurity requirements, policies, and standards
- Experience managing customer expectations and delivering quality customer service
- ITIL Certification and CompTIA A+ (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BMC Remedy experience
- Other ITSM software experience
- Experience in a federal government environment
